DeKalb County

Okay, so tell me what District 16 covers.

All right, District 16 is DeKalb County, Warren County, Grundy County, Coffey County, Lincoln County, and did I leave out one? Warren, DeKalb.

Tullahoma's in what

county?

And we all know that housing costs have gone up greatly, but you have some who are first responders and they live two counties over because it's more affordable.

DeKalb County, Cannon County, Bedford County, they live all over.

Some in Davidson.

And that's what we was actually talking to Chief Haley this morning about take-home cars.

So what happened in 2018... is I had a mom, a disabled mom who had a disabled 12-year-old and an unruly teenager.

And out in a small county in Tennessee, in DeKalb County, her teenager was out of control.

He was selling marijuana in his driveway.

And I mean, not like killing people or anything, but he was not doing what he needed to do.

So I loved it.

I'm talking about the fun stuff more than stuff I learned, but we learned that DeKalb County's in the, I don't even know what it means yet.

The governor was talking about it.

He has a top 40% hat, and the commissioner was talking about it.

We just hope people will come.

If you have any interest in guitar or classical music that can be combined with... a southern flair with larry uh we we really welcome everyone to come out again that's uh next sunday the 11th at 6 p.m oh we get all cultured uh

So, yeah, we might have to put something out on the warning anyway this weekend about the new one coming up.

Now, that said, DeKalb County, I saw he was a DeKalb County graduate, and I was like, ah, he might be a Tiger.

Oh, go Tigers, go Tigers.

But, no, I was really impressed.

Yeah.

And, uh, we've got, uh, Wilson County, DeKalb County, and Smith County represented here.

Mm-hmm.

And, uh, I guess we start off with, uh-

Colt Elrod, tell us a little about yourself.

Yes, sir.

So I'm in DeKalb County.

I've been working since 2022, so it's been about four and a half years or so.

1-1.

They beat DeKalb County here Monday night, 3-0.

Went on the road, lost to Columbia 4-2 on Tuesday.

And last night off, and they're back here tonight, taking on Cascade in non-district play.

She's not dressed tonight.

Adeline Sherber, who has been playing quite a bit and then was, came, checked in the game.

on Monday against DeKalb County, but was not moving well.

She is not dressed tonight for Coffey County.

The Coffey County Central Lady Raiders at home looking for a non-district win.

They welcome the Lady Tigers from DeKalb County High School.

Let me get you the starting lineups really quickly.

Actually, Owen can probably get them for me.

No. 26, Evelyn Torres.

And No. 30, Hannah Tobit.

That's how they'll start at Fort DeKalb County tonight.

The Lady Tigers are wearing their road white uniforms, white tops with black shorts.
