And I'm like, I've got to watch this.

I like Defending Your Life.

I'm going to take a chance.

I loved the movie.

yeah i love that albert brooks is getting a bit of a renaissance with oh i do

too like i've always liked albert brooks though i don't know why but i've gravitated towards him

yeah there's something very kind of like every man in his comedy and even his movies that he directed and wrote like even Defending Your Life which is very a lot more abstract than a lot of other ones it's still like relatable even though you're dealing with a man who's in purgatory waiting to see if he

gets to move on in life back to earth or just go into some sort of like abyss it's yeah i showed my brother that last year and he really liked it and he was he's 15 and it's weird saying people younger than me being like this is great yeah

I recommend two movies that will open portals in your mind and give you a perspective on life on the other side of this physical play.

The first one is called Defending Your Life.

And that has Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep in it.

Okay.

These are older movies.

You can get them on DVD from the library, or you can stream them.

Defending Your Life is the first one, and the second one is called Always.

That has Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter.

We only need to cover the Matrix.

We only need to cover Spider-Man, possibly talking about the crow, possibly showing the first ever, the oldest movie that I know that speaks about Twin Flames, which is called Defending Your Life.

We'll give a little teaser here.

Most High willing if we are going to continue to talk about Hollywood movies and the Dark Knight trilogy as well, which was mentioned in the season as well.

If we stick with Spider-Man, the Dark Knight trilogy, the Matrix, it series, the crow because it's relevant and the first movie because that's relevant showing that that to me is the oldest movie ever.

So like I said, The Matrix is 1999, talking about Twin Flames.

This movie that's called Defending Your Life is from 1991, right? And look at those numbers, 1991.

Those are mirrors of each other.

Anything more is trouble.

Like, Albert, there's a whole movie about it called Defending Your Life.

I love Defending Your Life.

It's such a good movie.

In fact, I think I still probably quote what may or may not be true, which is that we only use like 10% of our brains.

So it would be one of two.

It would either be Defending Your Life or Tootsie.

Albert Brooks defending your life with Meryl Streep, where something happens to him and he ends up in a place that's not really heaven or hell.

It's someplace in between.

And you have to actually go through like a courtroom procedure to defend the choices you've made during your life to actually move on to the next plane in your afterlife, which is...

Mayhem ensues.

And it's just, it's Dustin Hoffman, Dabney Coleman, and an uncredited appearance and performance by Bill Murray, who again, he wasn't in the credits.

He wasn't promoted as being part of the movie, I think because... you know this was a different kind of role for him and he was amazing in it too and it's just an amazing if anyone that's watching or listening has seen either defending your life or tootsie uh those are those are the two movies i've probably watched the most over my lifetime they're just and they also make me feel like home you know those feel their comfort movies you know what about you do you have is there a movie what movies have you or movie have you watched the most do you

Talk, talking about, uh, Robert Brooks in Defending Your Life-

... where he, uh, he's, he's in purgatory and he has to go to, to court to defend his life to move on to the next level, and we find out that his big thing is fear.

I love it.

Watch a funny movie about the hereafter, or any funny movie will do.

If you wanna explore the lighter side of the spirit world, I highly recommend checking out some classic uplifting afterlife comedies like Defending Your Life starring Albert Brooks, or Ghost Town with Ricky Gervais, Heart and Souls with Robert Downey Jr., and as I mentioned at the beginning, Heaven Can Wait with Warren Beatty.

These films capture the joyful, humorous energy of the other side, and laughing at them is a wonderful way to shift your energetic frequency.
