Bay Area NICS Meetup, October 2, 6 p.m. DevEnv 2.4 introduces Machines, a feature set around NixOS, NixDarwin, and Home Manager configurations.

The Nix Vegas team published a retrospective on the Nix at DEFCON 34 space.

Domen Kojar of Kashyx announced that they are rewriting Nix in Rust and shared a blog post about the first layer, Kasita, a content addressed store for source code and build artifacts.
