You might recall my talk in July when I spoke a bit about spiritual questions or spiritual inquiry, asking ourselves important questions about our practice and about our life, asking those profound questions with really a mind of complete openness and a mind of genuine inquiry, genuine investigation.

How is this working for me? What is this all about? What is this precious life really about? And how do I wish to live this life? How do I wish to engage in this life with others? Zen teacher Brother Phap Hai, who's a senior teacher in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, he's a senior teacher at Plum Village's Deer Park Monastery in California, shares this.
