So can you say a little bit about what you think it means to cultivate hope?

Like, as Paul was saying in his interview, some of the people in the past who have been through situations maybe even worse than what we're at right now have this determination and somehow they can, you know, persevere through it.

And I always find it inspiring to read those stories.

And the fact that Paul's put them all together in the book, I thought was quite a timely thing for where we are right now.

So did you think that most of those examples would resonate with activists today about why they should get involved?

I believe so because he's provided a whole range of different stories.

And very briefly, I'll tell you one which kind of like, you know, I read about a long time ago.

It's this book by a gentleman by the name of Viktor Frankl, F-R-A-N-K-L. It's called Man's Purposeful Meaning.
