Deep energy retrofit

Can you tell folks what's going on with that project?

Yeah, so we are doing a, uh, I guess it's a deep energy retrofit.

We're changing out the windows to triple pane windows, and then we are pulling off the, uh, foam board sheathing that this house was built with.

Uh, we believe this house is in, like a late '70s, early '80s parade of homes type neighborhood in Madison.

So it's, it's pretty well insulated from the, you know, driving rain and other weather.

But it has fared, fared very well and it's, it's a well-built home despite, you know, what some of the pictures may make it look like.

And this, this owner's very into the deep energy retrofit math.

Uh, they sealed in their attic and did a bunch of insulating work already.
