So the Deception Bay one purchased in 21, obviously mid COVID, paid 491, worth 900,000 today.

I mean, that's gotta be a red flag, right? I'm gonna show my age again, but pre GFC, we were seeing those sorts of numbers, sometimes more stark than that in mining towns.

and actually i wrote about this in investopoly so that was 2018 so it must have been yeah a few years before that anyway we've seen these sorts of results before and they don't make any sense you know when you look at that and go how can a property in that location more than double almost double its value in such a short period of time either that was so cheap going in or now it's super expensive could be a bit of both but i think it's probably more of the latter but Anyway, the WA1 purchased for $500,000 in 23, now worth $900,000.

I think it was don't extrapolate the last five years of data.

Be careful.

And again, knowing straight away that it's going to go to people that need it right then.

I think one of the ones that I supported that I dropped to was in Deception Bay and one of those community centers and supporting a lot of young vulnerable mums that just, yeah, it feels really good to be able to support them in those moments because yeah, motherhood is tricky no matter what.

And then to have to then

add in that pressure as well.
