But what do you do when both the tokens, which are kind of like the equities here, and the platforms are unregistered? You need one to go first, but neither can operate while the other is still unregistered.

So I think that those Decentralization, the intertwined notion of securities and non-securities, and the chicken and egg problem are three challenges that would need to be overcome.

I think the critical thing to bear in mind here is that Decentralization needs to have a product market fit.

And we see that certainly with Bitcoin.

People value Bitcoin because of its foundational decentralization.

But that would come at the expense of an electoral system that is bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industrial complex, and it would come at the expense of universities, and not a single elected representative or senator has the courage to face either of those two things.
