Can we be specific? So just not feeling well, what had the person who's, quote, just not feeling well, instead of going to their primary care doctor, come to see you? Like just not feeling well has a particular flavor to it if someone's going to seek your services, right? Right.
14:36
No, I actually love that and ask and probe as we go along because those are all important questions because it always is different for every patient and we do customize based on that because I say, what are your top three goals that you would like to see improved with everyone? At the end of it or every three months when we're seeing patients, we want to go through those top three goals.
14:58
Like if it was brain fog and energy, because you'll develop things after that.
15:03
But with this patient in particular, sex drive was a big issue for her and brain fog.
15:09
And again, not feeling well is probably the most common reason people come.
15:13
But breaking it down to what does that specifically mean? And for her, it was brain fog, energy, anxiety.
15:20
weight gain and libido and libido being the top one.

24:13
And I just don't think that that is part of most hormone prescribers orientation.
15:11
So in your practice that you guys are doing rejuvenation treatment, what are some of the things that you see people see benefit from? Like, what are some of the better treatments out there for, for people restoring their, their sexual health?
15:26
Yeah.
15:26
And I would say that even back to that first part of it, I agree with you, and we do see it in our, in a, in the office on a daily basis, that there is a lot of frustration, and there is a delay.
15:38
But I think that when a, somebody kind of realizes that it may n- not happen in a timely fashion, unless if they're proactive, I think those proactive patients, if you look for, like, an A4M physician that does hormones, or you look for somebody that does, like, an O-Shot or P-Shot, and we'll talk about that with this last question, then you will find directories of patient, or of physicians that actually do provide those solutions that we're about to talk about.
16:05
And so they really just are probably gonna continue to get frustrated if we are trying to force the gynecologist or the primary care doctors to, you know, get immediately up to speed on regenerative procedures for men and women.
16:18
So but back to your question.
16:20
So for women, so when we're talking hormones and optimization, if we're talking in general, if patients, like, in general systemically feel brain fog, energy, low libido, body composition changes, weight gain, even depression, anxiety, sleep issues, you know, those are more systemic, and so hormone optimization might be the root cause of those.

28:14
Say, can you tell people a little bit about the, how, how they work, or what are some of the things that we're seeing in that area?

23:52
How long does it take to balance the hormones? What kinds of questions are you asking her? What are the outcomes? T- talk to me about that particular one.
23:59
Well, I'll probably start with, like, some of the different things that they come in related to, like, sexual changes, because pain is probably one o- of the extremes.
24:07
So again, when you look at female sexual dysfunction, for instance, the, the range is broad, so it can just be low sex drive.
24:15
And so that is one of the things that they will experience, low desire, low sex drive, a change in their sex drive.
24:21
So that is one extreme, drive, desire, and then arousal is another one.
24:27
So that the arousal is more of a blood flow issue.
24:30
Again, there is erectile tissue with women as well.

So I would love to hear, am I correct on that first part? And then what does tissue regeneration look like? Because I think that's, that's really interesting, and then we'll get back to the sex drives.
