So how did that happen? And then how did you transition to what you're doing now?
5:19
Well, I was a chiropractor probably for about 35 years.
5:25
And I guess in my mid fifties is when I just wanted to do something different.
5:34
I wasn't as happy in the field.
5:38
And what I love to do with my patients, since I worked on bodies so much, what I love to do with my patients more than work on bodies and tell them what to do is I love to get into their minds to find out why they weren't doing what I'm telling them to do.

And It became kind of frustrating.

And at the same time, I was having my own issues with being in menopause and not being able to lose weight that I was used to losing weight.
