Deb AshtonGUEST
I think that one of the biggest challenges that I'm seeing for organizations is navigating this dual imperative to accelerate everything with AI, but whilst leading with judgment and not losing the human connection.

Deb AshtonGUEST
It's particularly the industries that we're operating in with professional services.

Deb AshtonGUEST
And like the transformation that we're going through now is something that we've not experienced for a very long time.

Stacy ShermanHOST
So when we talked about the problems, what are some of the solutions that you have found really work, including your favorite techniques? What can people go do?

But from where you sit now, because you have this really unique view of seeing all these service organizations running on your platform, what is really breaking down that old model? What are the big catalysts that you see that are forcing transformation?

Deb AshtonGUEST
But I think, especially from the conversations that I've been having with our customers and what they're seeing with their customers, customer expectations are moving towards more outcome and value.

Deb AshtonGUEST
And the organizations that we're talking to, they are actively looking at how to move from this model of time and materials or fixed price work to more managed services or outcome-based pricing models models that better reflect the value that was delivered ultimately.

And I think you folks talk a lot about, you know, the autonomous service operation, but as you just articulated, autonomous doesn't mean click a button or, you know, boom, like everything just magically happens, right? So there is this blend of autonomous processes and activities with people, but what's the vision that you have there in terms of the future platforms or models?

are they finding that as a set of leaders that you're talking to? How are they finding that transition? What's working? What are they struggling with?

Deb AshtonGUEST
So I think what we're hearing about what's working from the customers that we've been engaging with those businesses that I mentioned earlier is everyone is able to find strong use cases to leverage AI platforms integrated with business systems.

Deb AshtonGUEST
So leveraging this sort of human AI working environment and can successfully leverage AI to significantly reduce administrative overhead of work.

Deb AshtonGUEST
And there's if you think about a project manager creating project plans, statements of work, that kind of thing, a lot of that can be automated, leveraging AI tools.

Deb AshtonGUEST
organizations make progress in that direction certainly as a vendor in this space with satinia has recently released a new ai platform called veda that powers professional services automation and helps us unify that flow from sales through delivery finance customer success and that ability to sort of automatically generate some of that documentation is something that we'll be able to help organizations do.
