Death To Something

Well, of course.

I mean, the man, the myth, the legend, my guy, Aaron Lewis, and his... team at Stained dropped us a brand new single, and I'm going to go on record and say that it feels very much like, for all you Stained heads out there, it feels very much like it should have been on the Chapter 5 album, but that is... meant to be a compliment in that.

To me, that is their best, most solid front-to-back, skip-no-songs album.

And Ghosts feels like that's where it belongs to me.

And I know you are anxiously awaiting my response to that.

right.

That pisses me off.

I only say that because in my mind, it was the first time since he has stepped away from country and then come back to do a stained album.

We're getting close to the album release.

Just how is everything feeling for the release of the brand new debut album, Death To Something, being so, so much closer than, well, when we release this episode, it's gonna be so much closer, but right now it's about a month and a half away.

Yeah.

Yeah.

But when it comes to Save Us, I wanna get as many people in the band as possible.

Of course, with this being your debut record coming out, I wanna give people a little of the backstory of Save Us.

Like, how did this whole entire band come be- How'd you guys come together and how'd you guys get to the point where you're releasing your debut album on October 16th and supporting Seether in October as well? Like, how did this happen? What's the backstory? What's the history? I'm all for it.

Man, it's a big story.

But man, do I love when I find a band that is truly just going to, I feel, really light the path forward of where we want music to go and that is what Save Us is.

They have their debut record Death To Something dropping on the 16th of this month.

We are so close to that.

I talked to Miguel and Chris all about where did they fall in love with music and how do they handle the feeling of a debut and releasing that.

Yeah.

And, uh, again, you, that brings it back to it being a record for someone to dive into that journey, because you do, like I said, each song has a different personality and maybe something you're going to take away from each song, which makes it really special.
