Death Becomes Her

They weren't fucking lines of coke or parents.

But yeah, I went and saw Death Becomes Her based off the movie from the 80s, 90s.

And it was super good.

It was like a huge fucking production like Yeah, I didn't expect this at all like Soon as soon as it started it was like a huge fucking like, you know Like big what you was like what your brain would think of like you used to go see like a big musical It was like a big they had the full orchestra fucking like 20 fucking dancers like, you know, I mean like it was this whole big fucking thing And it didn't stop And then, like, they had, like, a lot of special effects.

but.

It was cool.

So, yeah, if you guys are into any of that, go check out Death Becomes Her.

And there was a fucking famous dude in it.

And they're great seats at the Tennessee Theater.

Bill and his guest will see Death Becomes Her in November, The Great Gatsby in December, February, Mamma Mia!

That was such a great

play.

And by that, I mean, when there are like 20 shows and that season of Redwood actually was the same season that maybe Happy Ending was in.

It was like Death Becomes Her, Real Women Have Curves, Smash, like so many gigantic shows that it just really is kind of survival of the fittest and just what is able to latch onto an audience.

I think being in the industry now for 10 years, you know, you learn how to cope with that and you learn how to manage your expectations in every way that, you know, for Redwood, for example, I signed a year long contract, but it ended up only being about six months with rehearsals, tech previews and run.

So it's just one of those things where, you know, I think my very first original cast show was K-pop and that was now four or five years ago.

It's been her like these like quirky, weird, sort of off-kilter roles.

I think it like, you know, like Death Becomes Her, like, um-

She's a great comedian.

I don't know why she doesn't lean into that more often.

I don't know.

[laughs]

I mean, even things that are written for plus size actors are being thin washed, you know? You know, it's like I, I've seen, uh, you know, uh, for example, Death Becomes Her, um, for Broadway, um, the role of Stefan, the, uh, the, her like assistant, um, was created, created by Josh Lamon in the workshops, and then d- he did it on Broadway.

And like for the tour, they have a skinny person doing it.

We were at the Ohio Theater the other night.

It was the opening night for Death Becomes Her.

Yeah.

It was packed.

And you got these great shows at the Broadway at the Tennessee.

You know, Death Becomes Her and Sound of Music, Mamma Mia, all that stuff.

Here's your question: what does the E in Wile E. Coyote stand for? Why really does tail this thing, doesn't it? [clears throat] Landon is speechless.

What does the E in Wile E. Coyote stand for? 656-2946, starting [laughs] with caller four.
