And so I think by having those goals front of mind for your staff and really, you know, getting to know them, you can actually, that's a way that I've used in the past to build that relationship and find out what's really important.

I know Dean Boxall, the amazing, he's probably the best swimming coach in Australia.

He is the coach of Arnie Titmuss.

He's fantastic.

I mean, sort of a great place to start is you, you, you were telling me about in your younger years you had so much energy to burn, and now you feel like you've found a bit of a counterpart in that, a, a great squad in, in Dean Boxall.

Um, I mean, I was gonna ask you about this anyway, but just another year with Dean.

Or you gotta go full tilt on that 4:00 AM and go get that distance work in with, uh, the intenseness of the Florida guys.

I thought you were gonna say send him to, uh, Australia with Dean Boxall or training with Sam Short.
