He was a crack marksman, had a known track record as a political assassin, and was involved with the mafia and the more extreme anti-Castro groups, both of which were bitterly hostile to the president.

But Fred Crisman was actually subpoenaed by New Orleans District Attorney as part of the investigation into the assassination of Kennedy.

In the Torbit document, Crisman is actually named as one of three hobos picked up in the rail yard behind the infamous Grassy Knoll at Dealey Plaza.
