DCU Center

Yeah.

And I was like, "Oops, I can't be in two places at once." But Wednesday night we are going to be at The Mercantile again, which is a restaurant right next to the DCU Center, doing trivia.

Again, upstairs, so that should be really fun.

There's gonna be a lot of free drink tickets I've heard.

Dimitri, joined by Bill, Doug, Emily, Connor.

We're outside the DCU Center right after main, lost in overtime 3-2.

We're under the Bob Cousy statue.

I'm not exactly sure why that's in Worcester.

Uh, Cam, thanks for, sick taps to you for trooping through your cold there.

Um, I'll be back tomorrow night, uh, with hopefully some friends that will be at the DCU Center to, to see Maine sweep the Crusaders, uh, and head back to Worcester with two wins under their belt.

Uh, yeah.

Good stuff.

Um, and it's gonna feel, the game's gonna feel real slow tomorrow.

Yeah, it's gonna be the complete opposite.

The complete pattern that is a half-empty DCU Center.

So, um, and I mean, it got loud in there too.

This weekend, Friday night at the Hart Center rink on campus, just 1,600 people at that rink.

And then to the DCU Center, which could not be more different.

It's something like 1,600.

Giant, you know, giant rink.

Yeah.

you know, probably they feel pretty calories.

Have you ever been to the DCU center, by the way, years ago, regional a long time ago.

Yeah.

They'll welcome Maine in for a pair of games in Worcester.

Saturday's game is at the DCU Center.

And finally, Robert Morris gets the big test of the weekend as they'll head out to Madison for a pair of games with number six Wisconsin.

Can't wait for this season to get started.

Yeah, I mean, we started the band at the Palladium, the first show we ever played was a battle of the bands in 2001 uh was called exposure it was the first time like going to get our tickets to sell for that for that battle of the band which was i believe maybe the first or second time i ever even was in the building so to be back on that stage you know 25 years later and headlining our own concert and con is incredible.

The DCU Center was amazing last year.

That to me was one of the standout concerts we've ever played to pack out the DCU Center.

But the thing is with the Silver Screen Con, one of the things we, we always like to listen to the feedback and everyone loved the show, but a few people were like, oh, you know, we want the con to be a little bit more intimate.

As a show at the Palladium would would obviously put forth.

That's what that's what our plan is.

that's cool.

So obviously as you plan moving forward for silver scream con six and beyond, like you guys have found a real home at the DCU center.

Yeah.

Uh, I was opening for, uh, him, uh, for Frank Santos at, at the Worcester Centrum.

Oh, wow.

Okay.

I saw them one time.

I saw them very early on at the Worcester Centrum.

And it was fantastic because lights are on and everybody's filtering into the concert.

Nobody thinks it's starting.
