The former NASCAR star has been ordered to pay more than $850,000 to a woman who claimed the driver had an affair with her husband.

Tracy Hughes sued Jennifer Jo Cobb in North Carolina's Davidson County in 2024, alleging alienation of affection and criminal conversion, or conversations rather.

She accused Cobb of having an affair with her then husband, NASCAR spotter Clayton Ode Hughes.

Uh, in the complaint, Tracy accused Cobb, 53, of alienation of affection, alleging she encouraged her husband of 17 years, who worked as a NASCAR spotter since 2003 per Instagram, to lie about taking trips and helping him hide the relationship, the outlet reported.

Four teens between the ages of 16 and 17 were arrested, along with a 22-year-old.

In Davidson County, a NASCAR driver has been ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars after she was allegedly involved in an affair.

According to court records, NASCAR driver Jennifer Jo Cobb was sued for alienation of affection and criminal conversation.

The complaint alleged that Cobb willfully, intentionally, and deliberately seduced, enticed, and alienated the affections of another woman's husband for several months.

That led up to the couple's separation in January 2021.

The woman claimed that she had been happily married before her husband's affair with Cobb.

And this week, a Davidson County jury ruled in favor of the woman.

Cobb has been ordered to pay $850,000 to the woman.
