interrupting you, but one thing I feel like I need to interject now is, again, to continue the comparison to Parks and Rec, the straight man was Mark Brandanowicz and they wrote him out.

Meanwhile, Michael and Holly reunite to perform a comedy skit where they accidentally reveal some confidential information to the crowd.

David Wallace, why would you tell Michael Scott anything of that magnitude and expect him to keep it quiet?

When David introduces their skit, one of my favorite lines is when he says, "I have not seen this."

"I have not seen this," yeah.

Ugh.

Ugh.

Well, we have this really sweet talking head where Michael and Holly together explain that David Wallace has authorized them to perform a presentation on the history of Dunder Mifflin.

Again, David Wallace, what are you thinking?

I mean, this one has, this is Michael in his, in his giddiest in a weird way.

This is of course, post Holly being shipped out by David Wallace and sort of as a, as, as David Wallace says in a talking head later in this episode, you know, this is a nice little perk that seemed to cheer him up after we had to send Holly to New Hampshire.

And he's saying, and it's pretty hard to find someone who wants to go to Winnipeg in November.

But like you said, Michael, who I think is only maybe never left Lackawanna County except to go to New York, maybe.

He doesn't seem that enthusiastic about any of it.

He seems to understand

what David Wallace does.

Yeah.

He wrote out Robert California.

He brought back David Wallace to buy the company and restore some normalcy.

And most crucially, he set a definitive end date for May 2013.

He gave the writers a finish line.

Yes, agreed.
