that there's got to be some like that dignity of work has got to be a really key component for you how do you identify that how do you how do you suss that out and communicate that and capture and convey that to both the organizations you're working with and the people that are seeking opportunities how do you align those values or how do you help people find those values that match

Yeah, great question.

You know, this is an interesting season right now.

There are a lot of very talented people that are out of work, whether companies closed down or restructures happening, downsizing is going on, that there's senior leaders that folks that were in the C-suite that have been looking for opportunities for 18 months, 24 months.

And folks come out of this where they say, man, I am the CFO of this company.

And that becomes their identity.

This is who I am, not just from a paycheck perspective, but from their true identity.
