David Roditi

I was so impressed with him and, and, like, what a moment for him as well.

Like, fir- like, there've been so many firsts for TCU over the course of the last 15 years under head coach David Roditi, and, like, he stands alone.

Like, Pennington Jones, Fernley, like, Luke Fumbaugh, like, these players that have come through TCU, Cam Norrie, like, they didn't do it.

Like, he did it.

And, you know, again, looking through the only other champions in Horned Frog history, 1994, pre-Alex Gruskin existence.

Shout out David Roditi and Paul Robinson winning the double title there.

Like, I knew how good he was.

We talked about it.

And they would have believed this title was possible more than anyone else going into the week.

Like, who's the least surprised this week? Scottie Perlman.

David, uh, David Roditi, Devin Bowen.

And I think coach Bowen and, and Perlman were there to watch it unfold.

This tournament he played with Daniel Roditi from Mexico, but Daniel, I believe, is living out in California.

Interestingly enough, Jeff, I played his brother, David Roditi, when he played tennis at TCU, which I believe he is now the head coach of the men's team.

And yeah, he beat me pretty bad on those slow courts, just made for quick baseliners at TCU.

I still have never met Danielle.

Yeah, would you like to talk briefly about the younger division of the PPA in Mesa? I mean, I thought that was one of the most exciting weekends that I've seen lately, and there's been a lot of exciting times.

Yeah,

I know what everybody in Columbus, Ohio was tuned into, and that was the run of C.J. Klinger and Cam Chafin, a couple of Central Ohio players, uh cam is from grove city ohio my suburb so i've known cam and his brother connor for the six years uh that we've had courts here in grove city uh so yeah and i've heard about cj and i've seen him develop over the years also so it was great to see them pairing up for their first pro tournament they train a lot together and they made quite a run into the semi-finals losing a heartbreaker in that semi-finals match

Yeah, that was a great showing for them.
