David Payne

One thing that's differed in this season's selections from previously is, uh, less reliance on left arm fast bowlers.

You've got David Payne back.

He was the most expensive, uh, for the Vipers on the day of the auction, but he's the only left-armer.

What was the thinking there? What was the change in the, the change in the thought process?

Bryce Jackson also on uncontracted.

David Payne as well.

Potential to re-sign him with the side he always delivers when he's playing for the Perth Scorchers and Corey Roccocioli also without a contract more looking at him of course we are from a West Australian point of view in the red ball but was good enough to get signed late in the piece it was last season for the Perth Scorchers for their final list spot.

Played a couple games for the Melbourne Renegades a season or two ago, but yet to make his Perth Scorchers debut.
