I think all the signs point to the fact that the car is slowing down and on the verge of stopping.

Of course, it's easy to say that.

And, you know, people are still dying.

And there were some horrendous attacks just in the last day or two.

The renewed targeting of civilians.

I don't want to minimize that.

How would you respond either to both, to the disinformation, but also to the people that have been led astray by that disinformation?
