And the USCF pays very close attention to what FEI is doing, and they have representatives on their committees.

Like, David O'Connor sits on the FEI Safety Committee, um, and I think has some other leadership roles there.

So they're very tuned into what's going on at the FEI.

Um, and the USCF rules just came out.

It actually, unfortunately, a couple years ago burned down.

But, and I kind of, and I moved and started working with David and Karen O'Connor-

Right

... who at the time were really dominating the sport, and they created an amazing team of people.

And to be fair, a lot of the people that were working with them were quite well-funded.

A lot of their students and the people that were my age were going to Washington and Lee, and then had their horses there and were riding at the same time.

But, but David and Karen really were amazing to me, and they, you know, like I remember one time going to Karen and we were talking about something, and she actually asked me, like, "How are you paying for this and that?" And I, I think I just started crying, 'cause I was...

I, [laughs] I don't know.

And of course, you've been surrounded by your parents as competing at the very highest level and at the amazing estate, um, of Gatcombe.

You've had top event riders over the years, the likes of David O'Connor, Karen O'Connor, Andrew and Bettina Hoy.
