David Neuberger, Lord Neuberger, a very collegiate and open-minded figure with whom I worked very closely during our time together.

And he led the court through what I think is a significant and constitutional case, the first Miller court, where the court did split.

There were three dissentients, but a majority of eight to three.

And it was a complicated issue about third-party debts.

And a number of years later,

this is another case of where I dissented in company with Lord Neuberger.
