This may be to you, David, but when it comes to policy, regulatory issues, what would you say are the most relevant topics within that that you see now? So what do your members care about most right now?

So we did an exercise about three or four years ago and we worked with a think tank.

We came up with a report in that.

We had lots of ideas about how share plans could evolve and we worked with the industry.

We listened to them.

We honed it down into what they thought because they're the experts.

Yeah.
