Now, that might be a notebook, or that might be on the phone, or they'll have a record and, and most people are pretty good at knowing what they've got in a paddock.

They've got those counts.

That, that piece of information's usually really well known, where the first thing we need to do is we need to take that information about how many animals you've got in a mob now compared to how many animals you've got in a mob 12 months ago, or in 12 months' time, depending on whether we're budgeting or monitoring a- or measuring actuals, is to know how do we get from that number to the new number, and that's where a stock f- we, we use the term stock flow as opposed to reconciliation.

They can be similar things depending on how it's laid out.

The stock flow tells you how you got from one number to the other.

So I don't actually know what it actually achieves.

And if you look at a case by case, you know, each role, you can think everything's fine.

And in fact, in my previous job, we did that.

We said everyone we think has paid the same for the same work.

But there's a number of factors that this does highlight.

There are things that, you know, in some organisations, I mean, retail and financial services, Frontline jobs are often filled by women, but less women came through to management roles.
