But I think that David Lett was the person who had done all of the research when he was at UC Davis about the weather in Oregon.

And he worked with a gentleman named Chuck Curry.

And Chuck Curry was all about Alsatian grapes, which is really going to be a great segue here in a moment.

But Chuck was all about the Alsatian grapes and where they grew.

And David Lett was all about the Burgundian grapes.

And they both spent a year over there together and going back and forth.

And there's quite a bit of notebook taking on this and real research on this.
