How does rate play into this equation? Are there specific concerns, specific situations where the grower may need to make adjustments in rate and/or timing of these applications to reduce specific effects of some of these anions?
16:44
Rate and timing is critical.
16:46
We grow a lot of vegetative crops here, but my concern is more for flowering crops and any crop that bioaccumulates carbohydrates.
16:54
And a lot of times we put a lot of potassium on early in the crop.
16:58
It's, I mean, it's a pre-plant, and then we don't think about it after that.
17:01
Maybe it's simplistic, but I think nitrogen build a plant, phosphorus enhance flowering, potassium finish a crop.
17:08
I think our rate, our timings need to be better set towards not the end of the crop, but mid-crop to start supplying potassium for carbohydrate movement.

Just to kinda summarize and pull it together, what basic guidelines would you leave with producers on how to pick the source that may be best for their environment?

As you think about these questions, are there some basic guidelines you would like to leave the growers with in terms of basic guidelines for selecting their potassium source, which sources are... obviously, this is a longer discussion, but which sources may be most suitable for certain things and particular watch-outs, as it were, that we've mentioned? Just to kinda summarize and pull it together, what basic guidelines would you leave with producers on how to pick the source that may be best for their environment?

What are the things that you're keeping an eye out for today?
13:03
Well, Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." And so I love this event because I get to see, uh, friends, people I've worked with over the years, and, uh, we talk about new things and old things.
13:18
And, uh, even though I'm a little later in life, uh, I'm not one of those old dogs that's not learning new tricks.
13:23
I love coming and, and seeing what's happening in the industry.
13:26
And I also like to have a critical eye and say, "Well, is this for real or not?" And it just helps me to stay in touch and helps me with my consulting business today.
15:21
How important is this for you? It's, it seems like it's more than a 9:00 to 5:00 from my observation.
15:26
This is God-ordained.
15:28
I was created to do what I do.
