Do you think that the name was really important then in terms of what you worked on with the team of the brief for Zeno?

Obviously, I'm the chairman.

We have a representative from the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union board in Rob Smith, and we have two representatives from the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union in Jamie and in Tim Smith.

Then we have four managers.

We've got governance, we've got Estelle.

Resources, we've got Gary Dender.

So next question I've got, what makes Bay Plenty refereeing unique? Is there a particular culture, identity or strength in this region that people outside the Bay might not appreciate?
