David Hoberman

And I think the craziest point was I remember being in New York on business and they sent me a screen test of Charles Grodin and Julia Roberts doing the bathtub scene.

Hollywood producer David Hoberman is developing 3000.

He and his fellow producers try actor Charles Grodin, but decide the comedically awkward Grodin does not have great on-screen chemistry with the little-known young actress Julia Roberts.

And at that time, we couldn't get anybody to play the Richard role.

So that was a great exposure to just covering scripts, working with managers, how that whole representation process works.

And from there, you know, ended up with Mandeville Films, which was run by Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman before they split.

And Todd started Hidden Pictures, you know, worked with Eclectic Pictures, Heroes and Villains, did a quick externship at UTA.

And throughout that entire process, I was like, okay, maybe I want to be a development executive.
