Um, to start off, could you just introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your role?

I'm David Gruber.

I'm a marine biologist at heart.

I'm also the CEO and founder of Project CETI, the Cetacean Translation Initiative, which is a large scale multidisciplinary effort to listen to and translate the communication of whales.
