Like, af- this was after he had already fumbled in one of, honestly, like, one of the more- Pratfall kind of plays we've seen in Seahawks history.

Like, I remember David Greene, the quarterback, stepping out of the end zone one time, and that might've been a preseason game.

But this was a very embar- Like, I've never seen that, where a guy just turns and, like, throws the ball in the air.

Like, what the hell was that? So-

He's historian that pays a lot of attention to Georgia football.

He says, "24 years ago against Vandy," uh, Cody Chafin's tipped me off this this morning, "with the qu- with the score tied at seven, David Greene sells the best fake in Georgia history before hitting Terrence Edwards for the 65-yard touchdown, fooling everybody in Sanford Stadium." Uh, A, do you remember that play, and B, I always thought this f- about Dave at the time, of course we love David, know him well.

Carrying out the play fake like that has got to be ...

And for, for young fans who don't, you know, realize what it was, it's, it's not just the fake handoff play action thing.

It's like you've gotta sell it like an actor where you're just walking with the football in your hand as if you've essentially given up on the play before turning around and throwing the deep shot.

Chris Weinke used to do that when Mark Richt was at Florida State.

That's gotta be the hardest thing to do on a field because if I'm David Greene in that situation or any quarterback asked to do that, all I'm thinking about is getting my block knocked off by some, you know, defensive end who's not fooled by this.
