What I did was I did use some, I did use the Techstars Mentor Manifesto, which is 18 one-liners that David Cohen came up with in 2010 Now, he came up with one afternoon with the idea of trying to help summarize some of the things that we've learned about how to be more effective as a mentor as Techstars are starting to get bigger.
