And so I think they drag teams into the fight in other ways because they have guys like Benson, Helen, who's Ausland that are a pain in the neck to play against and, And that gets teams frustrated in the right way.

And to have the, you know, the Kachuks, the Hagels, the guys that are sort of tough in the way that they're going to drag you in and they're going to also... drop the gloves and do all that like that you sort of have to draft and develop in some ways you sort of have to build your team that way and they don't they haven't right like we were talking the other day on the phone like david bedkowski might be the uh the toughest customer in the organization right now in terms of that style of play and so i think you have to recognize your strengths and like you said be tough to play against stand your ground but Make them pay on the power play, out-skate teams, and lean into it that way.

And then have enough guys.

Have your Mallenstein, your Carrick, your Crevier, your Thompson, Doan, Krebs.

What I don't like about Bedkowski is that they have-- He's a right shot.

They have him playing the left side, and he's having a hard time accepting those D-to-D passes and taking-

in the Olin Zellweger deal and, and, and all that, but, um, not super exciting, uh, to look at the forwards this year, but the defense, that's where it gets a little juicier.

And that's where the Sabres prospect depth is, is on the blue line with David Bedkowski, Komarov, Gavin McCarthy, Mertka, who I think a lot of fans are interested in seeing.

And by the way, a lot of fans seem to be not excited about him overall though.

It's just like there's no buzz with this kid, and I think that's maybe a little misguided.
