So in terms of the upshot, in terms of recommendations, I'm not aware that they actually came out with any report that has any recommendations either about their findings or compiling what they found or anything where they have said, we believe there's certain legislation that should be done as a result of all of this, which is ultimately the reason why you're supposed to do these type of committee meetings and hearings.

The last thing they did was they sent a survey over to JEA, the Special Investigatory Committee paid for a firm to come in and survey some top of JEA employees.
