[laughs] Y- you know, it, I don't really think about it that much, but I, I hear from a lot of people, and I get that a lot.

Uh, it's pretty cool because I know the guys I grew up with, uh, you know, growing up in Philly, the local guys, the national guys.

I, uh, I was a, a package handler at UPS when I was, uh, approached to join the information services group.

I was, I was approached because I was hassling my manager to buy a computer from me.

I was, uh, building and selling computers in college to pay for tuition at the time.

Uh, I joined the information services group.

I, I kind of found that, uh, my gaming habit was also a passion for just making things work, and it, uh, it kind of leapfrogged from there.

Um, I, uh, I, at one point in my career, I got the, the nickname of Mr. 10 and 0 for, uh, getting 10 information security reversals for my IT group from being able to go and explain to them how the technology worked-

I like a lot of what he said, having been there with Cal since he came up and this year.

As a catcher, certainly not at this level.

I totally appreciate where he's coming from and being a, a big part of that offense, es- especially with the additions of, uh, who was that? Naylor and Geno, that made it a very potent offense.

However, I look at Aaron Judge as maybe one of the greatest hitters we ever wanna see, and nobody expected that at 6'7", 275.

He won the batting title at .331.

I know, right? So, so Dave, how dangerous are the Yankees right now?

I mean, it's insane.

And, and, and recently as you know you guys have been getting the heat, big heat in New York and standing in line.

I'm like, "Man, really?" To get a T-shirt, to get a, to get a bobble head, to get a cap, uh, uh, it's just unbelievable.

But it's the Yankees...

Yesterday we had, uh, a photo day and, uh, matter of fact I think I was, I was...

I mean, I'm sure Susan Waldman has so much insight, but was there a feel, a temperature that you were able to take in the sense of, like, how you approached that and, and that engagement with the players this season?

When I got to Seattle, I didn't know anybody.

And I always quote the line from Animal House.

It was Eric Strat and Russ Chairman, "Damn glad to meet you." (laughs) I mean, that's, that's what I'd do, that's what I did, and, and I did that every year in Seattle.
