I'm Dave Mastovich.

I recently surpassed 500 cold plunges in a two-year period.

Now, I only know that because there's an app for it, but maybe that's not the only reason because cold plunging and self-awareness kind of tied together for me so what's that mean well i know about my predictive index profile i know how i'm wired to think and feel but i also have that self-awareness from over your lifetime of understanding what triggers you what motivates you so let's take the science part the predictive index part tells me that i'm what i call an analytical creative when it comes to pi because creativity is what drives me the most, solving problems in a creative fashion, coming up with creative messaging, creative ideas, creative solutions.
