Dave Langevin

Fucking love George McPhee.

George used to come to the restaurant I was working at as a teenager in Edgewater, New Jersey, and he'd come in with the most beautiful models and gorgeous women and have lunch and George beat the living shit out of Dave Langevin.

And don't listen to stories on Brett Hull's show.

He had some celebrity on.

They took him off in the ambulance.

No.

He hit Dave Langevin with three left hands and split him wide open.

Langevin went down to the ice and the blood was squirting through his fingers as he's laying on the ice.

It was University of, I think, was it Duluth? Yeah, it was.

Yeah, and I'll never forget because Dave Langevin – you know, who Dave Langevin is, was on the other team.

And he was a big boy like me.

He was like 6'3", 220.

I think he came back to one of the nights where they had an anniversary of one of the Stanley Cup teams.

Dave Langevin is kind of fractured from the organization for whatever reason.

I don't know the reason why, but he has not done anything with the Islanders in a very long time.

And...

And now I consider him a friend.

Right.

Was able to connect me and Dave Langevin.

That's so
