We have very good local solutions here and really cool local software players that are underrepresented on the English speaking markets.

And for German decision makers, also other stuff that is important, like, for example, local GDPR compliance, where are servers located? Does it integrate with SAP or DATEV? So things that are, Probably not top of mind for American software vendors when they list the software.

But here in Germany, very important things and very important attributes that we can cover by being local and by having local reviews.

Because you also want to get that trust from comparable people that have written a review platform.

You could attempt to rebuild the ledger.

So in Germany, for example, you have DATEV that has pretty much 100% market share.

But that's like building another business to try to disrupt DATEV.

And also DATEV has a lot of trust.

It's actually owned by the accounting firms themselves.

So the accounting firms themselves own this accounting technology.

Yes, I think there are two things.

Like, for example, for Germany, there's one big incubant called TATEV, which is maybe 80, 90% of the market.

And there's no other tool that would actually build end-to-end processes like Penny Lane does, that you can do your book closing.
