I'm not sure what number I'm on, but check your data hygiene and your file permissions before you use AI tools on your systems.

So before you connect AI tools to Google Drive or SharePoint and ask it to look in your files and tell you, you know, search for all of these, you know, annual reports that mention, I don't know, reading ability in ninth grade, something like that.

So I'm wondering what your thoughts are about the way that companies get the data that they use for training their systems and how those practices could or should impact the decisions people make about using the tools that are built on them.

Well, data hygiene is the thing that's an important part of the process.

If your data isn't good and what you're relying upon isn't good, then what you output is going to be even worse.

I think we have an inherent responsibility to the human race to make sure that we're not creating a bunch of stuff that dirties the water and that we are offering diverse perspectives.

Whole thought streams would be excluded.

That's just a terrible way to imagine the future.

I think it's very, very important that data hygiene be part of the conversation in Egypt.

They're actually doing their first release around data privacy rules, which is huge.

So there is a capping algorithm that comes into play that removes excessively long sessions.

So there is a fair degree of data prep that goes into it, or I actually like to call it data hygiene as opposed to filtering because it's really cleaning things up and making things fit for purpose and the purpose being measurement.

you mentioned a little bit about attribution when it comes to streaming i know in podcasting we don't get demographics of male or female you can if you you know go in through apple or if you go in through you know through spotify to to get this stuff but because there's no you know gender or age attached to the to the streaming does that present any form of of challenge or how do you handle that just a little bit differently

Yeah, so that comes from the surveys.

So it's interesting how there's companies kind of taken, there's kind of two roads, I guess, to the same path.

But I guess a follow-up question, Tim, do you think that you can still, I guess, utilize these platforms if you still do have a data hygiene issue? Or is that really not the case anymore?

I mean, AI has done a great job of making it less of an issue in that.

I think law firms in particular, though, we have other challenges.
