So we preferred the Rafale, which I found interesting because inasmuch as the French have had carrier aviation, uh, with the Alizé, with the Super, uh, Étendard, and with the Rafale, it doesn't, they aren't a patch of what the Americans have had in terms of, uh, carrier aviation.

But we felt that operating off a ski jump, which we've replicated at double in ABS, right? Uh, the, the F-18 Hornet was just not good enough, whereas the Rafale made the cut.

So that, on that occasion as well, there could have been a possibility that we buy a limited number, a couple of squadrons of Hornets, brilliant aircraft, so that it didn't work out for them there.
