In his take, it was Darth Maul and an apprentice by the name of Darth Talon, which if, if you've seen some of the, uh, old Dark Horse comics, particularly, um, Star Wars: Legacy with Cade Skywalker, you'll remember Darth Talon.

And Darth Talon was basically the one pulling a lot of strings.

And of course, the big crime lord was going to be, uh, very much like the Godfather, which was gonna be Darth Maul.

And I think that was kind of well played out, and, and it kind of would go that way in a more realistic setting.

Lucas said in 2015, Disney decided not to use the sequel stories.

His plans revealed years later involved, uh, Darth Maul and Darth Talon.

Bob Iger then wrote his 2019 book.

And he wrote in that book that Disney buying the story treatments was a tacit promise that we'd follow them, that he was disappointed that his story was being discarded.

Now, of course, George doesn't go into great detail of what his three Star Wars films were going to be, what the sequel trilogy was gonna be.

But we know from reading the Star Wars archives, from my videos, from some of the other videos and material out there that other creators have made, George's idea for sequels, which is in these two videos right here, was essentially about bringing Darth Maul back, having him train his apprentice, Darth Talon, who would have rivaled Luke Skywalker, whose main journey was essentially to create the New Jedi Order, NJO, and to band together new Jedi throughout the galaxy and raise a New Jedi Order, one of his own.

Now, the idea of Darth Maul coming back doesn't sit well with some people, whereas others it totally does.

If you've seen The Clone Wars, you're cool with it.

Tom Bushman and Mass, do they think Keanu Reeves will play a great Darth Revan? Whoa.

And if you've watched Maul Shadowlord, do they think the pink Twi'lek will become Darth Talon? Wow.

It's a lot of explaining, so I will do the Cliff Notes version.

back in the day there was comics and darth talon was one of those twi'leks that had the long things you know come off her head um and she was all red like darth maul with the black tattoos but george lucas before he sold to disney his plan was to have darth maul and darth talon be the big bad guys in the sequel trilogy Well, so Darth Maul in Maul Shadow Lord, which you should watch because it is actually very high quality animated.

he finds an apprentice and it's a young girl who's one of those twilight but she's pink and so everybody's thinking as she gets older he's going to train her she's going to get like tattoos on her and become darth talon so uh yeah that's um that's that i i won i'd be fine if keanu reeves played that but i'm okay anything with darth revan would be cool because that is a incredible character if you haven't read the books and and things related darth revan you should is very cool and then yeah i think devin will become she won't actually become talon but she'll become the disney version of darth talon so that's kind of what they're doing they're taking good old stories and making them uh the disney version of those good old stories so uh alfie chimes in the perks of stealing cable fraggle rock

I mean, Jay, haven't we had these conversations multiple times before going back decades that he envisioned Star Wars as being nine movies or 12 movies.

And then once he sold Star, Lucasfilm to Disney he had you know this came out like a year or two ago at least that you know he had ideas for what the sequel trilogy would be and how it was going to feature Darth Maul and Darth Talon and Leo is going to be the ultimate chosen one at the end of that sequel trilogy and Then when he sold the company to Disney, he was disappointed that they decided not to make those movies.

And but everyone is treating this as like it's brand new information here.
