I think what's been interesting to me is when I go into organizations who believe fully that they are unified in certain mission and their community, and yet there's some kind of dysfunction in how they're executing on that mission.

There's some disconnect between what we expect of our organizations and what we expect of each other maybe.

That's not a knock against the organizations or their staff.

I think this is actually some of the hardest kind of work there is.

So you know, imagine trying to excavate within yourself the area where your own curiosity and your agency lie.

Identifying the parts of yourself that allow you to bring attention and thoughtfulness to bear, and then do that 50 or 100 times.

But anyways, it, it's interesting to what you're saying as those experiences weren't in the narrative.
