And, uh, then there was this time, A Time for Truth, that Ed Stetzer led this panel in Memphis, Tennessee, and Voddie was on this panel with all these other guys, and he's the only one [laughs] standing, uh, against the, the narrative, uh, that became part of the whole Black Lives Matter, the whole social justice nonsense.

And, uh, man, uh, watching him just alone, single-handedly against Stetzer and Thabiti Anyabwile, um, um, Darren Patrick, and I forget the others that were on the panel, and he didn't back up one bit.

And he was dead right.

In fact, we watched clips of that when we met in Dallas in, uh, 2018 before, with the release of the Social Justice and the Gospel statement, and we watched clips of that, and, and John MacArthur was in the room, about 10 or 12 of us in this room, and, uh, when after watching it, John looked at Voddie, and he said, "Man, you just pitched a no-hit shutout, you know-

Mm-hmm.

Um, so names that, you know, might be familiar to people who are listening to this would be, like, Mark Driscoll, um, Matt Chandler, Darren Patrick.

Uh, and then that sort of became, like, a bit of a, a, a gateway for me into, like, maybe more sophisticated, um, expressions of that.

So then, like, more, like, John Piper, Tim Keller, um, [clears throat] leaders like that.

Yeah.

Like, I just think of some of the, the books.

I'm thinking of this book that, you know, I think it was Darren Patrick's church planting book, and it's like this-
