I mean, I just broke down the bears run game.

They ran behind Darnell, right? Like 80% of the time.

Cause it's like, why not? Why wouldn't I want to run behind that guy? Same thing with Daris on Donovan Jackson.

If they're the athletes and you say, Hey, cave everything down in there.

Yeah, I think so much of it is, you're right, you've got three really, really good players and two pretty elite players, right? So you look, hey, Braxton Jones, pretty good player, nothing to be super excited about at left tackle, but he's a serviceable player.

Garrett Bradbury, Jonah Jackson are good players, like played a lot in this league, solid players.

But then you got Tooney and you got Darnell Wright, who are elite players.

And if you watch that, you're like, well, yeah, they run behind 59 a lot or 58 because he is just a purple.

I mean, seven and a half yards per clip is just wild for what they were able to do out there.

Well, it wasn't just Darnell Wright and the offensive line blocking.

I mean, you go back and look.

Chad A. Walker had a couple big blocks.

And pertaining to one individual game, Dallas Turner played at a defensive player of the year caliber level.

Collar, he gets Darnell Wright this upcoming weekend in Chicago.

I mean, boy, is that matchup going to be telling, interesting, exciting.

I mean, I just, you know, I asked Harrison Smith after the game, like, you know, did you get to see Dallas? He's like, did I get to see him? He stood right next to me off the line of scrimmage on multiple snaps, and it made me feel so slow.

I mean, I don't know how many guys have that speed, that body movement ability.

I mean, it was highly impressive.

And how he looks against Darnell Wright to me, Kyler, is going to be just really fascinating this upcoming week.

Maybe going too far, but just for an individual game, he looked like Vaughn Miller with the getoff being the number.

They want to be next to Joe Tooney and Jonah Jackson and Darnell Wright.

They want to be slamming heads.

Okay, all right, we got to strap it up when the QB is going to run the ball.

He's not just going to cruise out of bounds.

If a team's willing to run the rock and you see some of their big guys, like when you watch Jonah Jackson and Darnell Wright, it's like, all right, we better hunker down.

We got to dig our heels in when those guys are going to do some kind of a duo scheme at us.

Like, you, you barely notice he's out there.

Darnell Wright, I think we can fully say three years now that the trade, I mean, not the trade, but the draft picks for the Bears and the Eagles both worked out for what we needed.

Jalen Carter worked out for the Eagles, Darnell Wright worked out for us.

Jonah Jackson, a lot of fans did not like that trade when it happened at the beginning of last off season.

He has been phenomenal.

... to start off week one, the way they played with their p- pad level is, it's impressive.

You know, just Garrett Bradbury on some of those double teams blocking back with, you know, a nice pad level.

Obviously, Jonah Jackson and Darnell Wright are the best right side in the NFL, I think.

And just their pad level overall was, was incredible.

You stop it.

And the fact that we can run the ball over Jonah Jackson and Darnell Wright over and over and over again, and they can move people off their spot, and we can fall forward for four and a half yards, we can do that all game and just march the ball down the field.

But th-those aren't the explosives that we want, and we're gonna find our time and place to find those explosives." How much does he trust or understand that no matter what he scripts and no matter how much they practice it, there's going to be multiple plays per game where Caleb Williams comes up with something that, that instantly scrambles everything and changes the geometry of a play, and then you're just trusting these guys to go and do what they do? I think that's part of it too.

Where neither, neither coach knows what the quarterback might do in that case.
