It's been a week, man.

[lip smacks] Uh, and then we got Legacy and Van Duke's, uh, versus Dark State, represented by Osiris, Griffin, and Cutler James.

I think you might have liked as well the reverse suplex that Cutler James hit.

Oh, my God.

Great, innit? Um, they double team Osiris, Griffin, do Legacy and Van Duke's.

Uh, but Griffin counters.

They hit a back body drop, but he counters a double suplex to double suplex them, but then Dark State get dumped out the ring, and, uh, the baby faces dive onto them.

Although Griffin catches Legacy in midair, and Duke's gets countered by James with a vertical suplex on the floor.

They're great.

Um, and, uh, they apparently, I didn't remember them specifically running afoul of, um, Dark State last week.

The Creeds were the ones who, like, stepped up to Dark State last week.

But Shawn Legacy and Dorian Van Duke were also in the room, so I guess by osmosis, they're now feuding, though they're not.

But they, they, uh, they had a match ver- versus Osiris and, and Cutler.

Um, Dorian Van Duke and Shawn Legacy are pretty, pretty great together.

They're great.

And we've seen the Dark State boys a lot over the past, you know, year and a half.

The question now is not who, but when will they battle for the NXT Championship?

Dark State defeated Shawn Legacy and Dorian Van Dukes with some outside interference from Dion Lennox.

Birthright attacked after the match, but Zilla Fatu ran out to help Legacy and Van Dukes run them off.

In the opening match, Callie Armstrong pinned Lizzie Rain, but then was attacked by Skylar Ray.

Birthright are here, uh, on the scene and make it clear that they're still on the hunt for the tag team titles, and anyone who gets in their way will meet the same fate as Zilla Fatu did last week.

Legacy Media say they want tag gold, and they're not afraid to fight, but they have a match to go and win right now against the Dark State.

And off the back of this one segment alone It's amazed how quickly NXT proves that their tag team division is so much better than the main roster, and they're showcased in a more fitting manner for the skill set each and every tag team has.

Even the Dark State are putting that right, because later on this show, I think we see the best Dark State match, wouldn't you? When Osiris and Br- um, Cutler James have been the two inside the ring.

The best Dark State match we've seen so far.

For e- so even they are getting better.

It's unbelievable times for the tag team division inside NXT.

[laughs] A tag team match between EK and Cruz and the Menendez brothers, those pesky MBs, uh, is set up, set up for later in the show.

Okay, here we go.

Dorian Van Dukes and Shawn Legacy versus Dark State.

This went 11-35.

I hated this.

I really like them as a team.

And...

Dark State, I mean, they're fine.

I've seen a lot of Cutler James.

So I'm curious to see if maybe they're building something up between the two of them.

Now, after that, we had a match between Dark State versus Shawn Legacy and Dorian Van Dukes.

Now, this was another solid match.

I mean, I thought they had some really great move sequences, really great spots.

It was thoroughly entertaining.

Now, Dion Lennox did end up coming out to cause distraction without the ref seeing, which allowed Dark State to take advantage and win the match.

But then it wasn't over yet because Birthright came out and absolute chaos unfolded.

They basically came to put everyone on notice, but then in doing so, Zillow fought too came out.

I forget his name.

But if they're going to go full TKO, it'll be the white dude from Dark State.

Okay.

Him and his butt jokes and whatnot.
