Yeah, look, I'm sort of getting a bit of a reputation, unfortunately, as a result of these, but both have sort of been very unfortunate in the sense that we certainly couldn't continue ADAPTO as iconic as the track was because the Horticulture and Agriculture Society that leases that site to us had other plans and we just weren't part of those plans moving forward, which made it impossible for us to invest further in keeping ADAPTO going.
