Yeah, but I just mean from the off, Gordon...
Roger HannahPANELIST
14:15
Even, Alec, when Rangers under Danny Rowe went 1-3-1 against Nancy's team, the first half of that game, Rangers were on the back foot for 45 minutes.
Roger HannahPANELIST
14:24
I think Yang scored the goal to put Celtic up, and it was only in the second half, after Tirmidhi equalised, that Rangers got a foothold and went on to win the game.
Roger HannahPANELIST
14:31
There didn't have anything like the domination that Rangers had
Ronnie ChartersHOST
31:04
Do you know what I mean? From the managers you've had before, that must be a nice thing to look at.
ScottGUEST
31:08
Yeah, I think my biggest criticism of Danny Rowe last year was that that was neat.
ScottGUEST
31:12
Although Danny Rowe had decent performances and decent results, you never had a feeling like we've had in the last week.
ScottGUEST
31:20
And even before that, to be fair, because since the Aberdeen game, Rangers have felt like they've been really, really good.
ScottGUEST
31:26
I think, though, just what you're mentioning, Ronnie, I always remember... interviews with Graeme Souness and he said that if he felt as though it was getting a bit flat, he would go and do something.
RyanPANELIST
29:07
See when you're too nice to them, that's when they take advantage of you.
RyanPANELIST
29:11
You know, like Danny Rowe, Michael Beale, Clement, Martin, too soft.
RyanPANELIST
29:16
Bar too soft.
RyanPANELIST
29:18
You can't lead these group of professionals, very, very well-paid professionals, who a lot of them have probably got a wee bit of a chip on their shoulder.
LiamHOST
54:24
Still only 37, but players focus on a high-intensity pressing in a fluid 4-1-3-2.
Gav DickHOST
54:31
So Danny, it was Danny Rowe replaced him.
LiamHOST
54:34
Aye.
Gav DickHOST
54:35
Basically.
Blair MalloyHOST
35:42
Now, Rangers, we done it, talked it to death last year, me and myself and Joshua.
Blair MalloyHOST
35:48
The point especially where Danny Rowe came in and Scott Fry was there, when Rangers were really lacking in creative output, they essentially used set pieces as another attacker.
Blair MalloyHOST
35:58
They essentially used set pieces as something they could have a material, um, advantage over other teams because they could do them cleverly.
Blair MalloyHOST
36:06
They could, they could make them work for them.
Ross ChalmersHOST
8:16
And we've seen how that worked.
Ross ChalmersHOST
8:18
they would brought a Danny rule and that kind of went back to a bit more of a direct football.
Ross ChalmersHOST
8:21
They played two up front quite similar to Derek McInnes.
Ross ChalmersHOST
8:24
And the fans did buy into that a lot more, obviously until we got to the spot that fell over.

Craig DennettPANELIST

I don't think he's trying to do everything anymore in the midfield and I don't know how much of that's down to having Daniel beside him, how much of it's down to the fact that Minsu Kim largely or Ndiri have been supporting the strikers more so he doesn't feel like he has to get in the box.
Craig DennettPANELIST
23:23
all the time and he's he's been more effective I think in how he's playing without trying to be the main man all the time so I think it's really helping Nico Raskin as well but yeah Daniel absolutely tremendous yesterday couldn't believe when the first goal went in couldn't believe even more when the second goal went in because you look at him and you're like oh he's done it once you're not going to do it again are you and then yeah but I also think we benefited from some horrendous defending in those situations the more you watch it back the more you're like even an amateur team wouldn't defend like that but I think what yesterday did as well and this is going away from Daniel a bit but burst the bubble I think when you look across the city in terms of like they've had it when I did it when I was looking across city I was like oh they've won six out of six they've had a great start to the season there they've went and signed two or three strikers or forward line that have just hit the ground running and so we'll be miles behind them and actually when you see them play against us and it happens quite a lot actually when you see them play against us they become very normal I don't know what it is there's something that we take them down a few pegs and that's definitely what I saw yesterday and actually I don't I'm not convinced there's much of a gap if any between the two teams and it's made me really positive about the season going forward but at the same breath if you go eight points behind this sunday then you're a mountain to climb so but in terms of them as a team and and us as a team i'm much more paused much more up and positive on us and much more um of of the view that they're much more of a normal team than than one that's full of world beers
Ross ChalmersHOST
25:07
yeah the gap's never as big as you think it is the the media will spin out to be a massive gap between the two teams all aside and that goes both ways by the ways because it was happening at the end of last season as well when Celtic weren't playing very well and Rangers were on the up with Danny Rowe and oh there's a massive gulf between these two sides right now it's never as big as you think but yeah there's definitely an inflation on Celtic's quality in my opinion so far this season I'm glad we got to see that there's no doubt there's a good team there I think they would say the same about us but that is a I'm not sure they would say the
Craig DennettPANELIST
25:38
same about us Well, have you seen some of the clips going about and stuff like that? I'm not sure they would say the same about us.

And that's been because of what's happened with Rangers over here.
speaker_8AUDIENCE
67:33
How do you think Celtic fans, the fan base, are going to cope? Because Look what happened outside Celtic, right? When Wilfred Nancy got beat off with Danny Rowe at Parkhead and people were at the doors and everything else.
speaker_8AUDIENCE
67:45
How are Celtic as a club going to deal with that? Because Martyn Hill's a legacy
Aiden McGeadyPANELIST

at Celtic.
