Could you share a little bit about ITP, what it is, what makes it so complex to diagnose and manage? Just a quick primer for us.
2:29
No problem, Jeff.
2:30
As you alluded to, really, ITP is an immune-mediated, essentially autoimmune problem where the patient's immune system, unfortunately, starts attacking its own platelets.

Are there things that you do or things that you advocate for so that we can be the best support possible?

Essentially, we've never done this before, but we're going to do this series called Thans Goes to ISTH.
1:37
And look, really thank you, Nick, firstly, for really agreeing to this crazy idea.
1:43
But it came about the fact that it's such a big congress.
