Uh, director of hitting, Jeff Albert, the most notable name who will not be back.

Quality assurance coach Danny Barnes will also not be back with the big league club.

And batting practice pitcher [laughs] sorry, Kevin Mahoney, uh, will not be back.

That one makes me laugh.

So maybe because they're under contract, they can still find a role somewhere else in the organization is, I guess, my assumption there.

Jeff Albert was running up the hitting in the minor leagues prior to getting the big league opportunity, so theoretically, he could go back into some type of a role that could be similar.

Uh, Danny Barnes has been around for, I think, a pr- little bit now, right? I mean, Danny Barnes, yeah, five years on the staff in a variety of roles, serving under four different managers.

Uh, and he was the one who ran s- uh, major league spring training, according to The Post.
